Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All appointments must be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance. A security deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your appointment date and time. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. We recommend booking early to ensure availability, as appointment slots are limited. Cancellation Policy All security deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. While deposits are non-refundable, rescheduling may be accommodated at our discretion depending on availability. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Waitlist Policy If your desired appointment time is unavailable, you may request to be added to our waitlist. When an opening becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be notified via email. Please note: Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot. Openings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointment slots may be booked quickly once availability is announced. We recommend checking your email promptly if you are on the waitlist.
